We decided to end the year with our blog superlatives. Our winners were selected by our social media team after a very lengthy nomination process. Each day this week, we’ll share one of our superlative winners. Please feel free to share your comments below as we’d like to hear if we voted for your choice!
Our final winner is (drum roll please!)…Kevin Kosco. Kevin’s post “Kevin said you’d help me pay my bill” made us laugh and at the same time resulted in some member inquiries. Way to go, Kevin! Read on…
Over the last year or two you’ve probably read posts from me related to Online Banking and the advantages of paying bills via your online banking account here at South Carolina Federal Credit Union. Maybe I’m compulsive or obsessive. But it seems to be resonating with so many of our members. We continue to see monthly increases in the number of folks accessing online banking and paying bills online.
The reasons are varied and range from “more secure” to “saving $$$ on stamps and gas” to “it’s just easier to do everything online since I’m online all the time anyway”. Whatever your reason, we applaud your decision. Still haven’t made the leap? We’ll this is YOUR lucky week! All of our South Carolina Federal Branches and the Contact Center are in the middle of a “Bring a Bill” initiative. Just bring a bill into your closest South Carolina Federal branch and one of our helpful Branch team members will show you how to pay that bill…in seconds.
To be clear, they won’t be able to pay your bill for you (sorry!). Rather, they’ll show you how easy, convenient, and safe it is for you to pay your bill using online banking. No demos or sales presentations. We know you’re too busy for that. In fact, if you’re even too busy to go into a branch, just call one of our helpful Contact Center Reps. The Contact Center has made some real improvements over the last year so you should be able to get right through to a helpful Rep.
I guarantee you won’t regret your decision to visit or call. In fact, whichever way you choose, be sure to tell the Teller, Branch Service Rep, or Contact Center Rep “Kevin said you’d help me pay my bill.”
P.S. You’ll want to remember to have a recent bill with you when you visit or call!
