This past weekend South Carolina Federal Credit Union implemented a new phone system. But it’s really much more than just a phone system. It's a complete interaction solution that adds new meaning to Life Simplified for our members!
Want to quickly check your balance? Can’t remember if your last debit purchase cleared? Want to check to see if your Tax Return check has posted? Maybe you just want to confirm the amount of the last check you wrote but don’t want to wait to talk to an actual person. Sure this info is available via Online Banking or Phone Banking. But for members who call the Contact Center, this information is now much more readily accessible.
South Carolina Federal’s new phone system allows you access to all of this information while your call is in the process of being directed to the appropriate person. It’s almost as fun as flipping thru the National Inquirer for free while in line at the grocery store!
